The Story: The English pirate Henry Morgan had sacked & burned Panama City. Sparing the life of a beautiful lady there, he kept her always in his heart. Later, as Governor of Jamaica, he hanged all the Spanish pirates he captured. His men unknowingly imprisoned the Lady's innocent son, Don Pasquale. His fiancee, Elena, came to beg for her beloved's life, offering emeralds & pearls still hidden in Panama. Sending Pasquale back with one of the pirates to recover the jewels, Morgan planned to have both men die. The luminous spirit of the "Lady of Panama" then appeared & persuaded him to spare her son. Pasquale & his sweetheart soon married, receiving the rescued jewels as a wedding gift.
